Wilson & Registro Profesional de Padel / Registry of Padel Professionals – RPP have joined forces for the promotion of PADEL at an international level and under the slogan «Wilson & RPP Worldwide Partnership: #1 in Padel & #1 in Education», they will lay the foundations of the PADEL industry.

Wilson, with 100 years of history in the sports industry, a world leader specialized in the distribution, sale and marketing of sports equipment specialized in PADEL, including rackets, bags, sportswear, footwear, accessories, balls and PADEL courts, as well as the preferred brand among players such as Fernando Belasteguín, Pablo Lijó, Marina Martinez or Alix Collombon, among others, in addition to sponsoring PADEL tournaments and events.

The RPP is an organization dedicated to offering training programs, international certification and comprehensive services to PADEL teaching professionals and their teaching centers throughout the world, with nearly 4,000 qualified padel coaches in Spain.  The RPP is the oldest organization, founded in Spain in 1993, with more than 29 years of experience and the largest in the PADEL industry dedicated to the international certification of coaches with more than 8,000 graduates in 75 countries.

During the next 4 years, Wilson & RPP will train and certify nearly 2,000 PADEL coaches in the United States of America.  They will also organize different activities and training programs for coaches in Europe, Latin America and Asia.

The new course CCC LEVEL 1: Competitive Coaching Course is designed to share the experience of RPP in teaching techniques to those padel technicians who start working full or part time with mini-padel players, beginners, advanced and competition players. Also, for teachers or coaches who want to improve or enhance their knowledge, for amateurs players who are interested in teaching guidelines and improving their own performance.  To participate in CCC LEVEL 1 is mandatory to be minimum 18 years old.

The RPP  Education System has been completely renovated with a new educational patent: tetafime, which consists of four pillars: te / technical, ta / tactical, fi / physical and me / mental, which have been linked, intertwined and interconnected so that any individual can reach his Ideal Competitive State.

The new course CCC LEVEL 1: Competitive Coaching Course takes place over three days, through 4 components, with 5 areas of performance, and several tools to support a correct development and implementation, which are:

In addition, during the new CCC LEVEL 1: Competitive Coaching Course we will discuss about padel courts and the characteristics of equipment related to our sport, and the use of different teaching aids.

At the end of the new CCC LEVEL 1: Competitive Coaching Course, all persons who have completed it, may apply to the written exam and on track to obtain the National degree of the Registry of Padel Professionals, the European degree of European Registry of Padel Professionals and the International Degree of International Registry of Padel Professionals:

Exams are divided into 3 parts: Written, Pedagogic and Play. In the part of the play, you must demonstrate your ability to execute different strokes, as well as develop a test for launching balls. In the written exam you must present a document that deals with how planning training sessions for a group of advanced players for a quarter, following the models learned during the new CCC LEVEL 1: Competitive Coaching Course. On the test in the court of padel you should make a training for a group of players for 20 minutes, according to the models learned during the course. Furthermore a continuous evaluation will take place during the three days of the course for each participant, which will determine the final result.

To obtain the degree of INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONAL from the RPP you should get 60% minimum in the three parts of the exam.
