1993, is the year in which the Padel was recognized as sport by the Sports Council. At that moment, Luis Mediero, one of the main drivers of the padel in Spain, which currently has more than 2 million practitioners recognized, founded the RPP in order to offer different training programs, international certification and comprehensive services to Padel technicians and their educational centers, further promote the sport at all levels.
The RPP in its 23 year history, has certified more than 3.000 teachers in all Spanish autonomous communities. Their culture and philosophy have placed the RPP as a leading organization, which more than 4.000 certified technicians in 30 countries today.
RPP INTERNATIONAL PADEL PROGRAM:
The RPP International Padel Program aims to spread the «Spanish Padel Teaching System» worldwide, with the idea that all technicians in different countries have the opportunity to know the systems and methods of teaching in the Spanish Padel.
ADDRESSED TO:
Professionals who run Padel schools , players who leave their career to devote himself to teaching Padel or any Padel professional teacher who wants to learn the basics of the system and the keys to the success of the Spanish Padel.
REQUISITOS:
To access the Course Spanish Padel System is necessary to be 20 years old at least and be in possession of any of the following qualifications: Federation or National Association of Tennis or Padel, International Tennis Federation (ITF), Registry of Tennis Professionals (RPT), European Registry of Tennis Professionals (RPT Europe), International Registry of Tennis Professionals (RPT International), Latin America Registry of Tennis Professionals (RPT Latin America), United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA), United States Professional Tennis Registry (USPTR) or International Coaches Institute (ICI). Players can also participate with ranking ATP, WTA or National Ranking of Padel.
The RPP Basic Education System has been completely renovated with a new educational patent: tetafime, which consists of four pillars: te / technical, ta / tactical, fi / physical and me / mental, which have been linked, intertwined and interconnected so that any individual can reach his Ideal Competitive State.
WORK PROGRAM: (3 days / 30 hours)
In the Course Spanish Padel System are reviewed the three basic levels that make up the RPP Professional Training Program, with the following structure
First day Level 1: Introduction Basic System
Designed for teachers and coaches working with starter players at different levels: children, youth or adults.
Second day Level 2: Advanced Basic System
Designed for those technicians working with advanced and competition padel players.
Third day Level 3: Padel Management System
Designed for all those professionals who are involved in the management of clubs, schools, sports centers and Padel programs.
SCHEDULE:
The Course Spanish Padel System program is about a theoretical / practical work of 30 hours, during three days, following this schedule:
Firts day: from 8 AM to 8 PM
Second day: from 8 AM to 8 PM
Third day: from 8 AM to 2 PM

QUALIFICATIONS:
During the course there will be a continuous assessment of each of the participants, granting to the end of the course with the National Certification of the Registry of Padel Professionals and the European certification of the European Registry of Padel Professionals.
