The new course RPP Level 1: Basic Initiation System is designed to share the experience of RPP in teaching techniques to those padel technicians who start working full or part time with mini-padel players and beginners, teachers or coaches who want to improve or enhance their knowledge, for amateurs players who are interested in teaching guidelines and improving their own performance. To participate in RPP Level 1 is mandatory to be minimum 16 years old.

The RPP Basic Education System has been completely renovated with a new educational patent: tetafime, which consists of four pillars: te / technical, ta / tactical, fi / physical and me / mental, which have been linked, intertwined and interconnected so that any individual can reach his Ideal Competitive State.

The new course RPP Level 1 takes place over three days, through 4 components, with 5 areas of performance, and several tools to support a correct development and implementation, which are:

In the new RPP Level 1 course working sessions are developed in 6 blocks, which involved the 4 components, with 5 areas of performance/work, and tools for implementation, with the following program:

In addition, during the new RPP Level 1 course we will discuss about padel courts and the characteristics of equipment related to our sport, and the use of different teaching aids

At the end of the new RPP Level 1 course, all persons who have completed it, may apply to the written exam and on track to obtain the National degree of the Registry of Padel Professionals, the European degree of European Registry of Padel Professionals and the International degree of International Registry of Padel Professionals:

Exams are divided into 3 parts: Written, Pedagogic and Play. The written exam has 50 questions for a total of 100 points. In the pedagogic part, you should teach a class to a group of students. In the part of the play, you must demonstrate your ability to execute different strokes, as well as develop a test for launching balls. All contents of the exams are covered in the Course Level 1 of the Registry of Padel Professionals. Furthermore a continuous evaluation will take place during the three days of the course for each participant, which will determine the final result.

According to the results of the exams and the continuous evaluation of the student, three levels of qualification are established:

– NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL: You should get between 86% and 100% in the 3 parts of the exam.

– INSTRUCTOR: You must obtain between 76% and 85% in the 3 parts.

– ASSOCIATED INSTRUCTOR: You must obtain between 65% and 75% in the 3 parts.

– AFFILIATE: When you get less than 65% in the 3 parts.

 

rpp-international-certificationRPP Certification by the International Registry of Padel Professionals with more than 4.000 certified coaches from 30 countries since 1993, is recognized by the United States Padel Association (USPA), the International Coaches Institute (ICI) and the United States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA)

In the last 24 years, Spanish padel has laid the foundations which have inspired many countries around the world to develop the sport at all levels. The training and development of certified coaches has been crucial to this process. This genuine revolution has been possible thanks to the leadership of the RPP.

 

The final degree will be determined by the lowest result in the 3 parts of the exam. For example, if you get National Professor in the part of Play, National Professional in the Pedagogic part and Instructor in the writing exam, your final qualification will be INSTRUCTOR. For 1 year you can do again the exam in the area where you need to get a higher score.

To obtain the degree of NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL you should provide to the Registry of Padel Professionals the documentation ensuring at least 150 hours teaching padel or tennis to initiation players. This document must be signed by the Director of the Club, School or Sports Center where you has conducted the teaching hours.
