
The new course Level 1 – Coaching Beginner Players is designed to share the experience of RPP in teaching techniques to those padel instructors, professionals and coaches who start working full or part time with mini-padel players, beginners and intermediated players. Also, for teachers or coaches who want to improve or enhance their knowledge, for amateurs players who are interested in teaching guidelines and improving their own performance. To participate in Level 1 – Coaching Beginner Players is mandatory to be minimum 18 years old.

The RPP Education System has been completely renovated with a new educational patent: tetafime, which consists of four pillars: te / technical, ta / tactical, fi / physical and me / mental, which have been linked, intertwined and interconnected so that any individual can reach his Ideal Competitive State.
The new course Level 1 – Coaching Beginner Players takes place over three days, through 4 components, with 5 areas of performance, and several tools to support a correct development and implementation, which are:

In addition, during the new Level 1 – Coaching Beginner Players we will discuss about padel courts and the characteristics of equipment related to our sport, and the use of different teaching aids.
At the end of the new Level 1 – Coaching Beginner Players , all persons who have completed it, may apply to the written exam and on court to obtain the certifications from the International Coaches Institute, the National degree of the United States Registry of Padel Professionals, the European degree of European Registry of Padel Professionals, and the Spanish degree of Registro Profesional de Padel.

Exams are divided into 3 parts: Written, Pedagogic and Skills. In the skills test, you must demonstrate your ability to execute different strokes, as well as develop a test for feeding balls. In the written exam you must present a document that deals with how planning training sessions for a group of beginner or intermediate players, following the models learned during the new Level 1 – Coaching Beginner Players. On court test you should make a training for a group of players for 20 minutes, according to the models learned during the course. Furthermore a continuous evaluation will take place during the three days of the course for each participant, which will determine the final result.
To obtain the degree of NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL from the RPP you should get 60% minimum in the three parts of the exam.
Accreditation and benefits
The professional services of the RPP CLUB will be valid until December 31 of the current year, and include:
- Individual Civil Liability Insurance in the amount of 600,000 €, for Spain and Portugal.
- Individual Civil Liability Insurance in the amount of 1,000,000.00 $, for United States.
International Padel Teaching and Coaching License.

Once you have taken and completed the RPP professional training programs, and once you have passed the corresponding exams, you will receive a new professional license to teach and coach Padel granted by the International Registry of Padel Professionals (RPP International), the United States Registry of Padel Professionals (RPP USA), the European Registry of Padel Professionals (RPP Europe) and the Registro Profesional de Padel (RPP).
The contribution of the RPP to the development and success of Padel will be decisive, with its international leadership with professional training programs and in the certification of Padel coaches, with the SECURITY & GUARANTEE of its PROFESSIONAL LICENSE for teaching the sport of PADEL worldwide.
Professional Accreditation
Once you have completed the RPP training programs, and once you have passed the corresponding exams/tests, you will receive a new professional accreditation from the International Coaches Institute, and another from the Registry of Padel Professionals, where the hours completed and distributed according to the levels finished and the qualifications obtained will be certified, through the following areas: OnSITE Training, Study & Preparation, OnLINE Training, Personal Development and Professional Experience, with the aim of tackling with guarantees the future new framework for the regulation of the profession and sports qualifications.

International certification
Once you have completed the RPP training programs, and once you have passed the corresponding exams/tests, you will receive the qualifications from the United States Registry of Padel Professionals – RPP USA and the International Registry of Padel Professionals – RPP International. In addition, you will also receive certification from the European Registry of Padel Professionals – RPP Europe and the Registro Profesional de Padel.
