The new WTC – World Tour Course Integral is specifically aimed at those professionals who run academies or padel centers with or without qualification, to all those coaches at the national and international circuit, players with national or international ranking who leaving their professional careers to pursue teaching padel, or experienced teachers / trainers who wish to deepen their knowledge about the educational programs of the RPP.
To access this course, it is mandatory to have at least 18 years old. The new WTC – World Tour Course Integral covers the new courses RPP Level 1 (Beginner and Intermediate players) & RPP Level 2 (Advanced and competition players), where 4 components are used, with 5 zones of performance / work, and several tools for development. We also analyze the new course RPP Level 3 ( Padel Management Course), applying 8 zones of performance / work, and a set of tools for implementation.
The new WTC – World Tour Course Integral takes place over three days, with the three levels that make up the Professional Training Program are reviewed, using educational patented programs: CDS: Concept Drive System, S2P: Simple, Sensible & Practical, WES : Web Education System and tetafime, with the following structure:
The RPP Basic Education System has been completely renovated with a new educational patent: tetafime, which consists of four pillars: te / technical, ta / tactical, fi / physical and me / mental, which have been linked, intertwined and interconnected so that any individual can reach his Ideal Competitive State.

Level 1 – Coaching Beginner Players
Designed for instructors, teachers and coaches working with starter players, with the aim of introducing the padel to children, juniors and adults in a simple, easy and 100% practical way.
Level 2 – Coaching Advanced Players
Designed for those technicians working with advanced or competition padel players.
Level 3 – Padel Management Course
Developed for all professionals who are involved in the management of schools / academies in padel centers.
At the end of the new WTC – World Tour Course Integral , all persons who have completed it, may apply to obtain the certifications from the International Coaches Institute, the National degree of the United States Registry of Padel Professionals, the European degree of European Registry of Padel Professionals, and the Spanish degree of Registro Profesional de Padel.

During the new WTC – World Tour Course Integral a continuous evaluation will take place during the three days of the course for each participant, which will determine the final result, to obtain the degree of PROFESSIONAL PADEL DIRECTOR from the RPP.
Accreditation and benefits
The professional services of the RPP CLUB will be valid until December 31 of the current year, and include:
Individual Civil Liability Insurance in the amount of 600,000 €.
International Padel Teaching and Coaching License.
Once you have taken and completed the RPP professional training programs, and once you have passed the corresponding exams, you will receive a new professional license to teach and coach Padel granted by the International Registry of Padel Professionals (RPP International), the United States Registry of Padel Professionals (RPP USA), the European Registry of Padel Professionals (RPP Europe) and the Registro Profesional de Padel (RPP).
The contribution of the RPP to the development and success of Padel will be decisive, with its international leadership with professional training programs and in the certification of Padel coaches, with the SECURITY & GUARANTEE of its PROFESSIONAL LICENSE for teaching the sport of PADEL worldwide.
Professional Accreditation
Once you have completed the RPP training programs, and once you have passed the corresponding exams/tests, you will receive a new professional accreditation from the International Coaches Institute, and another from the Registry of Padel Professionals, where the hours completed and distributed according to the levels finished and the qualifications obtained will be certified, through the following areas: OnSITE Training, Study & Preparation, OnLINE Training, Personal Development and Professional Experience, with the aim of tackling with guarantees the future new framework for the regulation of the profession and sports qualifications.
El Registro Profesional de Padel ha entrado a formar parte de una Comisión Nacional para trabajar en la homologación de las titulaciones a través de los certificados de profesionalidad, que son el instrumento de acreditación oficial de las cualificaciones profesionales en el ámbito de la administración laboral. Este certificado acreditará el conjunto de las competencias profesionales que capacitan el desarrollo de la actividad laboral a través del SEPE – Servició Público de Empleo Estatal – en función de la normativa europea.
International certification
Once you have completed the RPP training programs, and once you have passed the corresponding exams/tests, you will receive the qualifications from the United States Registry of Padel Professionals – RPP USA and the International Registry of Padel Professionals – RPP International. In addition, you will also receive certification from the European Registry of Padel Professionals – RPP Europe and the Registro Profesional de Padel.
